went there today and the music was extremely loud (they were playing like 2015 dubstep music??), they forgot i asked for a pedicure on top of my full set acrylic.
so it was EXTREMELY rushed and my polish was messed up and all over my toes. The acrylics are okay but i wish they would cut the cuticles on the fingers lile how they do on the toes, just felt rushed the entire time. I never got the name of the dude who did my nails but he was making me uncomfortable the entire time, would stare at me the entire time and wouldnt look away once i stared back. He looked at my
boyfriend and said “your her boyfriend? ohhh so shes your mommy?” . Just overall uncomfy and loud. They charge extra for shape and 2 different colors when your using the same ammount of product? Upcharge after upcharge..Another lady that was sweeping the floor grabbed my socks and shoes off the floor during my pedi and threw them at me without saying a word..probably wont be coming back.
I left my appointment feeling really confused on my experience here. I love my nails and the nail techs are all really friendly. However, the root of my problem was with the manager. He kept hovering over the nail tech doing my nails as though he was rushing him, I guess he assume I would be done faster than I was. I came with my mom and I was paying with two separate cards. I had just finished paying for her nails and as I was leaving a tip for mine, the manager came up to the counter and told me the card machine was no longer working and that I would have to pay with cash. The nail tech looked confused and even offered to pay the ATM fee (I politely declined). My issue wasn’t the fact I had to pay in cash, my issue was the lie. How did the internet go down when I had just paid for my mom’s not even 30 seconds prior? The times I’ve came in before, the manager has been cold, and at times rude. This behavior is clearly not only to me reading other reviews. Unfortunately I will not be coming back as much as I enjoyed my nails and experience with the nail techs.
